CONTINUAL FLOW– Get ready for a non-stop, sweaty movement meditation.
YOGA SCULPT– High-volume, high-energy. A flow class that incorporates intervals and weights.
FLOW and RESTORE– In this open level class, students will be guided through alignment based vinyasa sequences, restorative poses and finish with guided meditation.
ALIGN and FLOW– During this 60 minute class students will learn the correct alignment in core postures while connecting their movements with a strong, slow and fluid flow. Great for all levels and for students who want more knowledge on the foundation of each posture.
COMMUNITY FLOW– A flow based class for all levels of yogis.
FLOW– A non-heated flow based class. All levels are welcome.
HEATED FLOW– A vinyasa flow level 2/3 class, heated to 85 degrees.
PRENATAL YOGA– During this 8 week series, expecting moms in their first, second and third trimester, will safely be guided through yoga postures by an experienced prenatal yoga teacher. These classes will aim to make both pregnancy and the birth process more comfortable as well as establish community amongst expecting mothers.
