Much like the foundation of a house the pelvis is the foundation of our structural alignment. When the pelvis becomes misaligned it will effect the integrity of our neuromuscular & skeletal systems both above and below. In this demonstrative and experiential workshop we will focus of how to correct common misalignments of the pelvis using a combination of two Osteopathic techniques and how we can incorporate them into a yoga practice. This workshop will focus on the Lower Body and specific areas of chronic pain such as Low Back Pain, Sciatica, SI Joint Dysfunction, Knee Pain Plantar Fasciitis & Achilles Tendinitis.
