As the holidays approach and life begins to speed up, this practice invites you to slow down, reconnect, and create sacred space within and around you.

We’ll begin with grounding movement and meditation inspired by the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (earth, water, fire, metal, and wood) to embody the balance of nature within ourselves. From there, we’ll step outside for a mindful nature walk (weather permitting), gathering leaves, flowers, and stones as we listen and attune to the living world.

Back in the studio, we’ll weave these natural materials together to craft canang sari inspired altars: small, intentional creations that honor sacred time, the spirit of the season, and our connection to the earth. Each altar becomes a living expression of gratitude, beauty, and presence.

Each participant will also receive a seasonal care package to support rest, reflection, and renewal at home.

Let this gathering be your gentle pause during the holidays, a reminder to return to stillness, to beauty, and to the simple rituals that keep us rooted.

She presents a clear-cut process for regaining integrity and overcoming lifelong patterns such as people-pleasing, self-sabotage, destructive habits, and feeling stuck. All these dysfunctions arise when we lose touch with what truly makes us feel whole. Beck uses a simple framework that breaks down the process of attaining personal integrity into small, manageable steps. She takes us on a spiritual adventure that will change the direction of our lives and bring us to a place of genuine happiness and wholeness.

30 Hours | Led by Aubrey Gary

Explore the healing art of Restorative Yoga and the power of therapeutic adaptations to asana. In this 30-hour immersion led by Aubrey Gary, you’ll learn how stillness, rest, and mindful support of the body can serve as medicine for the nervous system, helping to regulate stress, balance energy, and create a deeper sense of safety and ease within the body-mind.

Many students turn to yoga seeking relief from the demands of modern life. Yet for those managing stress, anxiety, injury, or chronic pain, even traditional asana can sometimes feel out of reach. In this training, we’ll explore how to bridge that gap, making yoga more accessible and effective for all bodies.

Through lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn to skillfully incorporate props, sequencing, and breathwork to support the body in healing and restoration. You’ll experience firsthand the physiological effects of restorative postures and discover how to tailor these practices for specific physical, emotional, and energetic needs.

What You’ll Learn

  • The principles and purpose of Restorative Yoga and how it differs from other styles

  • How stillness impacts the nervous system

  • How to identify and respond to stress, anxiety, and pain through restorative practice

  • Prop use and adaptations to make asana accessible and therapeutic

  • How to design and guide Restorative Yoga sequences that support balance, healing, and integration

  • Practical teaching labs to refine cueing, observation, and touch for Restorative and adaptive practices

  • How to weave breathwork, mindfulness, and subtle body awareness into supportive environments for your students

What to Expect

Our time together will blend education and embodiment. Each session includes guided restorative practice, group discussion, partner work, and creative exploration. Evening sessions throughout the month allow time for integration, teaching practice, and mentorship support. You’ll leave this training equipped and confident to:

  • Google Calendar ICS

20-Hours | Led by Holly Bray

This advanced teacher training module explores the breath as both a physiological foundation for health and a powerful pathway toward energetic alignment and flow.

You’ll dive into the functional anatomy and physiology of breathing, examining the primary and secondary muscles of respiration, common dysfunctional patterns, and how imbalances impact energy levels, nervous system regulation, and overall resilience.

Through postural refinement, embodied movement, myofascial release, and conscious breath awareness, you’ll learn how to restore healthy breathing patterns in yourself and support your students in doing the same.

We’ll also explore the classical teachings of the five Vayus and the principle of Spanda, and how these subtle currents shape the experience of breath and energy. From there, we’ll study how prāṇa can be supported and guided through the Suṣumṇā and the network of subtle channels known as the Nāḍīs. You’ll learn how work with the bandhas to stabilize and direct prāṇic flow, helping to refine the movement of breath and deepen energetic awareness.

You’ll be introduced to foundational and advanced prāṇāyāma techniques and develop the skills to sequence and guide them safely and effectively within your teaching, with an emphasis on cultivating a breath-centric approach to yoga practice.

What You’ll Learn

  • How the primary and secondary muscles of respiration function and how they shape breath patterns

  • How to identify and unwind dysfunctional breathing habits through postural refinement, embodied movement, conscious breath awareness, and myofascial release

  • How prāṇa moves through the five Vayus and the Nāḍīs, and how work with these pathways to promote balance in both the physical and subtle body

  • The role of the bandhas in supporting structural stability and directing the flow of prāṇa

  • How to safely sequence and teach foundational and advanced prāṇāyāma techniques

  • How to design and teach breath-centric yoga classes, where breath is the organizing principle for pacing, sequencing, and cueing

What to Expect

This series is designed to support a slower, more integrated learning process, allowing you to absorb the material gradually, embody the practices, and apply them with confidence in your teaching and personal practice.

Each 3 hour session will include lecture, experiential breath labs, embodied movement, and time for reflection and discussion, all within a breath-centric framework.

Each participant will also receive a collection of video practices and guided breath explorations to support continued study and integration during and beyond our time together.

Sensing & the Subtle Body

  • 405 Northwest 30th Street Oklahoma City, OK, 73118 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

30-Hours | Led by Holly Bray

Through awareness, the subtle body shifts from an idea we study to an experience we feel. In this 30-hour immersion, Sensing and the Subtle Body, we explore how the classical teachings of yoga guide us toward refined perception and an ability to sense not only our physical form, but the living energy centers and channels that move through it.

This training offers an in-depth exploration of the chakra systemnot only as symbolic theory, but as a direct, embodied experience. Using awareness as our guide, we’ll learn to sense, interpret, and work skillfully with these subtle energy centers as expressions of our individual life experience.

As we journey through each chakra, we’ll examine how energetic imbalances often manifest as physical holding patterns, postural tendencies, and protective tension w throughout the body. Through awareness-based inquiry and embodied movement sequences designed for each region, we’ll explore how conscious engagement and refined perception can help restore balance, promote the natural flow of energy, and begin to dissolve long-held patterns of protective armoring.

This immersion invites you to rediscover yoga as a process of inner sensing and undoing, where awareness becomes the bridge between body and energy, and consciousness the instrument of exploration.

What You’ll Learn

  • How awareness refines and strengthens interoceptive and proprioceptive capacity

  • The yogic principles of Pratyahara, Svādhyāya, and Śākṣī Bhāva as tools for embodied inquiry

  • Understanding Samskara as patterned impressions that live in both the physical and subtle body

  • How to experience and work skillfully with the chakras as living centers of awareness and energy

  • How energetic imbalances can manifest physically and how embodied movement supports release and rebalance

  • How to integrate visualization, embodied movement, and sensory awareness into your teaching

  • Language and cueing that cultivate safety, sensation, and embodiment

  • How to translate your own direct experience of awareness into an authentic and intuitive teaching style

What to Expect

Our time together blends education, exploration, and embodied experience. Each session includes embodied movement, conscious breath awareness, mantra practice, meditation, visualization, and reflective inquiry designed to deepen sensory awareness and refine perception.

Expect to slow down, tune in, and experience yoga as a practice of embodied awareness and inner listening.

By the end of this module, you’ll be equipped to:

  • Teach from an embodied and awareness-based foundation

  • Integrate yogic philosophy and subtle-body elements into your teaching

  • Guide students through embodied movement and sensory awareness practices

Schedule

  • Saturday, August 22: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM

We’ll begin with an energetic scan, learning to listen to what the body is really saying. From there, you’ll be guided through techniques using therapy balls to release stuck areas and awaken internal intelligence. This is more than just a physical tune-up—it’s an act of self-love.

Workshop Includes:

  • A pair of myofascial release therapy balls

  • A take-home handout with techniques for ongoing self-care

Hatha Yoga, which translates to “force” in Sanskrit, emphasizes a balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic aspects of the body. “hHa” symbolizes the masculine sun; “tha” represents the feminine moon. This practice aims to foster patience, strength, and stillness.

In a Hatha class, all standing, lying, and seated postures are typically held for about one minute each, focusing on static holds and ample cueing to assist with alignment. The pace of the class is slow and breath-focused, making it potentially intense both physically and mentally, yet also relaxing and profoundly centering.

This 3-part class series is suitable for both beginner yogis learning the poses and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice and enhance their awareness of yoga postures. Join for one or all 3. Regular class credits apply!

To maintain our health and well-being through all the seasons and cycles of life, we must attune ourselves to our inner landscapes. We reflect our natural surroundings, and Winter is the most Yin of all the seasons. This time is essential for allowing our bones to rest and our minds to listen. Like a seed buried underground, we all need a period of gestation. Forcing ourselves to act when the energy isn’t there or when the time isn’t right can deplete our reserves and hinder our potential. Within rest lies a wealth of power and wisdom.

On this Black Friday, we are stepping away from the chaos to create space for slowing down, tuning in, and nurturing ourselves. Guided by Shannon and Holly, this 3-hour session will start with an introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, followed by a slow, soothing flow designed to build reserves for the winter months. In the second half of the practice, we will surrender to stillness and settle into yin postures. The class will conclude with a guided meditation to ignite our imagination. Shopping can wait; this restorative class is like a healing balm for the soul.

Fall is the perfect time to get our book club started again! Join Amanda as we discuss, “The Practice is the Path: Lessons and Reflections on the Transformative Power of Yoga”, by Tias Little.

This book explores yoga as a spiritual path and offers guidance for embodying the wisdom of the practice. Tias offers key teachings from his journey, shares his struggles and joys as a yogi, and chronicles the transformation of his understanding and practice along the way. Each chapter is a lesson and includes companion practices to help you embody the teachings. His writing style is unique, a blend of poetic metaphor, clear instruction, compassion, and humor, bringing the teachings alive in an intimate and immediate way. This will be a fun read and appropriate for all…no matter where you find yourself on the path. As a part of your enrollment, you will receive a copy of the book, a journal with prompts to deepen your experience, plus four – 1 hour group discussion sessions. **This will be a safe space to discuss and explore your beliefs in a supportive community.

“A path is made by the multitudes who have gone before us. Like river rock, smoothed and polished by the ongoing flow of water, the path has been worn by wayfarers on quests similar to yours and mine. Thus we do not have to carve out a new trail. At first, we must learn to follow. The intent to follow guides us away from the false notion that this is ‘my way.’ As we follow, wetake faith, and the path itself is the guru, the guide.” -Tias Little
