Fire, Flow, & Resilience: An Ayurvedic Experience

  • 405 Northwest 30th Street Oklahoma City, OK, 73118 United States (map)

In this interactive Ayurvedic workshop, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and tune in to what your body is really asking for. We’ll explore Ayurveda's foundations of well-being: Agni, Ama, and Ojas - discussing how to support digestion, reduce our toxic load, and build vitality through simple, everyday practices. No experience with Ayurveda needed — just come as you are and enjoy a fun, experiential workshop.

What you'll learn & experience:

  • A simple overview of the foundations of Ayurveda

  • An introduction to the 3 core supports for well-being: Agni (digestion), Ama (buildup), and Ojas (deep resilience)

  • Creative exploration and reflection to notice how these foundations show up in your own body & life

  • Guided breathwork and movement to embody & integrate these principles

  • Small group connection and interactive learning

  • A thoughtfully curated gift bag with supportive items like a body brush, body oil, and herbal tea
