You can’t change the fact that life is full of distractions, but you can decide where and how you spend your precious time and energy. This 4-week meditation series offers practical tools to disentangle from disorganized thoughts and find more clarity, focus, perspective, and energy to move you toward wholeness. Shannon will start each session with a short discussion, then guide you through meditation. No experience is required. Just show up with an open mind!
