30-Hours | Led by Shannon Stephens
Join Shannon for a deeply nourishing weekend retreat dedicated to the art and science of Yin Yoga. Nestled among the trees and winding paths of the Osage Forest of Peace, this 30-hour immersion invites you to slow down, soften, and study the subtler layers of body, mind, and energy.
We’ll gather during a seasonal transition, when nature itself is in the midst of change, offering us the opportunity to experience the five elements first-hand. As the landscape shifts, we’ll explore how Yin Yoga supports our own inner transitions, helping us attune to the cycles of energy, rest, and renewal that move through all living things.
Through a balance of movement, stillness, study, and silence, you’ll deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga as both a physical practice and an energetic art. Expect extended practices, experiential learning, and contemplative time to integrate what you learn within the natural rhythm of retreat life.
