Learn prescriptive practices designed with the intention to unwind the body and settle the mind. By integrating breath, body awareness, supportive release techniques, yin yoga, and core stabilizing movements, we’ll release deep seated tension and create new, healthy patterns. This retreat is a chance to soothe & reset the nervous system before the holidays, with ample time to connect with nature and yourself. Through a combination of lecture and asana participants will receive sequences designed to balance the body and mind.
