Relieving Low Back Pain through the Psoas & Glutes, LIVESTREAM with Shannon & Holly

The source of our pain is not always where it’s felt. Trigger points in the psoas and glutes often refer pain into the low back and hips. In this 2.5-hour experiential and educational workshop learn a variety of methods to release, strengthen and tone these common areas of imbalance in the body. This workshop is open to students and teachers of all levels. Teachers receive 2.5 continued education hours with Yoga Alliance. Handouts provided.
