The word Yoga means union, and this theme weaves through the heart of yoga’s history and philosophy. Drawing from the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras, we’ll explore the yogic path to inner stillness, self-awareness, and self-assuredness.
Through gentle, floor-based movement, simple breathing practices, and self-myofascial release, we’ll cultivate a sense of presence and ease. Intention and mantra will support subtle mindset shifts, helping us align with the deeper purpose of our practice. We’ll conclude with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep rest practice designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit.
