Are you brand new to yoga? Or have you started practicing and want to feel more confident in the basics? This 2.5-hour Beginner’s Yoga Workshop is designed to give you a clear, supportive foundation.
Together, we’ll explore the building blocks of a typical yoga class: breath and movement, foundational alignment principles, and common sequences including sun salutations, warrior poses, and simple balancing postures. You’ll have time to ask questions, slow things down, and understand not just what to do, but why.
Your registration also includes access to four of Brad’s weekly Foundational Flow classes (Saturdays at noon or Mondays at 7:15 pm). This four-class pack can be used anytime throughout April and May, giving you space to integrate what you learn with ongoing guidance and support.
